remove row from dataset for additional calculations

I'm not sure what you mean by this? Do you mean you want them removed from the pivot table result? If so, use the filters on the pivot table column headers.

If you filter out 1E though, it removes the result for this site in 2019. If you filter 2015 from the year, it also filters out 1Y.
