I am home with a sick child today so i just googled and found this article on Data Validation which might assist. http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/ex...600.aspx#BM4_2
Take a look at the info on "Restrict data entry to a whole number within limits". If you are still stuck I can try to take a closer look at this over the weekend and possibly put something together for you.
