Alright, sorry about that.. there are many other sheets that are quite irrelevant to my questions.. I attached the excel sheet..
The excel file suggests a recommended room based on some other things.. Given the recommended room and the date and time in exam reservation sheet.. I need to check whether the room is booked or not as per the entries in the exam sheet.. I thought I need a lookup function.. but then I have to check for this room number.. if there are matching dates and times.. I hope my question is clear Thanks a lot
