suppose your constant is in cell D1
In C1 enter
Code:
=IF($B1="","",$B1/$D$1)
Select column C
Go to the Home tab,clck Fill then Down

My columns and rows vary, but just substituting values worked a treat!

I'd like to mark this as solved, but I can't figure out how. Maybe someone else will.
