Honestly, the whole Trust Center is a chapter of its own, I'm as well still battling with its settings and notifications.
But what we will need is more information on the issue:
- Do you get any notification regarding the macros when opening the file? (Sometimes it's only a line of notification which apears on top of the columnheaders)
- Did you use the files before on this computer with Win7 and Office 2007 or are you using them now the first time?
- Have you assigned any Trust-Certificates to the files?
