Can settings in an Excel spreadsheet be set to ensure that an email recipient sees the same layout?



I have a spreadsheet containing data & formatting -

I want to be certain that after sending the spreadsheet by email - the settings in the spreadsheet are such that whoever I email the document to will view the document exactly as I have.

Is this possble?
