Hi enter the date of the first monday in A3. Supposing you want to stay in row 3, in B3 enter =a3+7 and drag right as far as needed

Thanks for your response Pecoflyer I realised my OP is incorrect I want to stay in row 1 across different columns starting from C1 going across. I tried to take your advice typing "=C1+7" in cell D1 but the dragging part didn't seem to work for me, all it did was try to total the value of all the selected cells and place that in cell D1
