I'm assuming that the numbers have been entered into the one cell with a space separating each number. If yes this will take two separate steps to fix it.
1) Select the cell which contains the values and go to the Data tab on the Ribbon. Select Text to Columns. Choose the file type as DELIMITED and click Next. From the list of delimiters, tick the box for Space and click Next. Click Finish. The numbers should now be separated into their own cells across a row. 2) Now highlight all the cells which contain all the values and select Ctrl + C to perform a copy. Place your cursor into an empty cell and right mouse click the empty cell and choose Paste Special. From the options choose the Transpose option. The values should now be in their own cells vertically down the column. Please let me know if you get stuck. |
