Default Date/Time Formula for Entry level XL user

Help.
I have searched the net and have come up thoroughly confused.

I am entering a date and time (military time) in one cell and need a formula that will subtract 60 Hours from that and give me a new date in a new cell.

Can anyone help. Thanks
