Need flexible lookup for conditional formatting.
Hi.
I need some help finding a solution to a problem which incorporates lookup functions and conditional formatting (and includes a date). To make the description easier, I have uploaded a sample excel sheet with a clear description added under the tables. Any (all) help appreciated... Regards.
