Not sure what I did, but great if it helped.

Better check on that Fan Favorite stat. Depending on which part of his career this is supposed to be, Connors was either loved or hated.

And if this is Roland Garros, Kodes has to have an edge. He was a master of clay. He also won Wimbledon, but only because a lot of players honored the the '73 boycott. Smith, Newcombe, Ashe, and Rosewall were all out though a couple of talented youngsters, Connors (19) and Borg (17), chose to play. Both were knocked out in the quarters.
