Added Data Validation, VLOOKUP, and IFERROR
I took a look at your file. I added Data Validation to give you the pick lists for your itemized costs column (on the Data tab).
I updated the Unit Price column to use a vlookup to get the corresponding price. I added an IFERROR wrapper to the unit price and amount columns to get rid of those #value indicators. The attached file is a working version. Hope this helps you out.  Charlie
