Shuttle Shuttle is offline I can't get my "Edit Links" button to highlight. Windows 7 64bit I can't get my "Edit Links" button to highlight. Office 2013

I can't get my "Edit Links" button to highlight.

Shuttle is on a distinguished road
Unhappy I can't get my "Edit Links" button to highlight.

Please explain the circumstances of when I am able to click the "Edit Links" button.
Please just show me a picture of what happens when I am able to click this button and actually click this button.
Below is a link to the image I screen clipped using Microsoft Onenote and uploaded to imageshack.
I need to know what is behind that door! My future depends on it!
