Default colour codeing a cell by entering data

It is possible to colour code a single cell on another sheet by entering date into a different cell
example sheet 1 cell A2 I enter 23 into it
outcome

Sheet 2 cell C32 changes colour to red

Question this is what i am trying to do

I have 13 sheets in this book all with different data in but want to be able to view the activity sheet (last sheet in book ) and see who has played what games without looking at all the sheets

example if Bazzeriom has played 4 out of 6 division 1&2 games(as on division 1&2 sheet) it is show on the activity sheet as per sample

But remember the data moves about on the sheets apart from the activity sheet as they are league tables

hope this helps explains it better

have enclosed a sheet

Any help with this problem please

Have now upgraded to excel 2010
