Default Need a formula written for me

I am trying to set up an Ullage Chart for my job. I have a Template to use but instead of doing a Data input for 14 columns I want to set up a formula that will work for the whole chart. A partial example would be Column B (input a number in B1) and it subtracts from V1 and gives me the answer in C1. I need a formula that will work for inputting numbers in the following Columns B, E, H, K, N, Q, T Subtracting from Column V1 and it auto inputs into columns C, F, I, L, O, R, U.....

I will be inputting a total of 450 charts and really need to minimize the time spent data inputting into it.

I have a screenshot of the chart but I do not have permission to add attachment
