Data analysis with four conditions then copies certain values that meets the criteria

i wanna ask, how to come up with this set of criteria and the answer/formula should be on column K ...

the blue lined represents on column K as:
K3 =SUM(D3,F3,H3,J3)
K4 =SUM(D4,F4,H4,J4)
K5 =SUM(D5,F5,H5,J5)
K6 =SUM(D6,F6,H6,J6)

the red lined represents the criteria as >13.5
and if the cell meets that criteria, the entire row [in yellow lined] will automatically copy to another sheet but leaves blank with <13.5 data
