To start off, I am exporting all my data off of a server which calculates everything for me. The issue is the style in which is gives to me is both non-productive and sloppy. I have LITTLE knowledge of excel thats why i asked ELI5 (Explain like im 5).
To give you a feel of what i would need; The only useful columns are D,G,L,M,S out of A-X but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a workbook that would only provide me with the ones needed in a specific order such as M, S, L, G, D. And it would need to be done daily so if there would be a possible way to have it open directly into that format rather then having to go about arranging it every time. Please... any help would be great, tired of banging my head against the wall from having to manually go through the current useless information. |

Off the top of my head, you could have a separate workbook, with all appropriate columns hidden, import the data from the workbook containing the exported result.
Rearranging the columns would require more deliberate data handling. |
