Please help me with this excel file for using If and Vlookup Function together

I used Sumproduct instead and sussed the age range data into upper and lower columns. Let me know if you need more explanation.

Thanks for your help. But I have been asked to use if and vlookup function, If you can help me with that I will really appreciate.

It can be done, but given the way the data tables are set up, the equations will be extremely ugly.

Is this for a class?

If you change the data in the Age Range F4:F8 as the attached, then use the attached IF & VLOOKUP formulas.
