Default

Sorry for my mistake.
Actually I have values in cell A from A2 to A400 and in cell B from B2 to B400.
Now I want to apply a formatting or formula for cell B2 to B400 with these conditions.

If value in B is equal to value in A then font color is black.
If value in B greater than value in A then font color is red.
If value in B is less than value in A then font color is green.

I want to apply these conditions only on cell B.

I think I have explained my problem clearly this time. I have also attached a sample of my worksheet.
