Hi... !!

Thank you very much for the quick response. I have attached the snapshots of the excel sheets 1,2,3 (from left to right). I need to choose certain values from the excel sheet 1("input") based on the common data (Day, hour, minute) from excel sheet 2 ("reference") , which must be extracted in order to generate result as shown in excel sheet 3. ("output")
