product x=$87
product y=$828.74 the difference=$741.71 I want to know by what % product y is > than product x I divided 87/741.71=0.117291773=11.729% which makes NO sense. The % difference between the 2 numbers has to be vastly greater. I've always used the preceding method to determine this kind of answer and now it appears that I may have been seriously mistaken?
