Are these charts linked to an external Excel file, or in a worksheet embedded within a Word document? If linked to an external Excel file, copying the charts from there and using Paste Special in Word with the Paste Link option for both charts will keep them synchronised; otherwise you could bookmark one and use a cross-reference to that bookmark for wherever you want the copy to appear. The cross-reference can be updated via Ctrl-A, F9.
