Hi, thank you for your reply. All of the fields in the email column already have the formatting I want - it's only in a new row or when I update the email address in an existing row that the email address defaults to a hyperlink in a tiny font.
I solved this by creating a macro! The macro includes all the steps I use to re-format the email address (remove hyperlink, change font style, change font size, change to Bold). Now it's just one quick 'n easy step: Ctrl+Shift+M. My headache is gone! It works! ![]() Jen |
