Or use the LOOKUP function.

=INDIRECT("Sheet4!"&LOOKUP(C2,{"A","J1";"B","J2";" C","J3";"D","J4"}))
Or if you have a table in say U1:V4
=INDIRECT("Sheet4!"&LOOKUP(C2,U1:V4))
