Default Too many columns to print, Please help!

So I have a spreadsheet that I Copied and pasted but I used The transpose feature because I needed the information going vertically all is well however when I did that It Created alot of columns from A-AML and when I try to print only 4 columns are printed on EACH page. Is there a way to limit how many columns? I would like it to be as such, A-D and the rest to go down in rows. The Only way i've been able to accomplish this is if I copy and Paste and tranpose 4 data fields at a time but I have over 1000 Pieces of data and thats very time consuming. Please Help.

this is how it looks when I go to print theres 126 pages because it only is allowing 4 columns at a time per page.

This is what it looks like in excel there is only 7 Rows Down and A-UI across

I would like it to be only A-D Across and the Rest going down in rows that way I would atleast fill the paper with data. Please Help Thank You Very Much!!

Hi there, in your print options you could try, Fit to page.

Mrex, are you saying you want to print cols A-D on the first line of a page, then E-H on the second line, I-L on the third line and so on? One worksheet row to each page, for example?

Someone here may know of a way you can get Excel to do that, but I'll bet you'll have to write a program to rearrange the data. You're right, you don't want to do it by hand. Are you willing to tackle that? Because off-hand I don't know of any other way.
