So I have a spreadsheet that I Copied and pasted but I used The transpose feature because I needed the information going vertically all is well however when I did that It Created alot of columns from A-AML and when I try to print only 4 columns are printed on EACH page. Is there a way to limit how many columns? I would like it to be as such, A-D and the rest to go down in rows. The Only way i've been able to accomplish this is if I copy and Paste and tranpose 4 data fields at a time but I have over 1000 Pieces of data and thats very time consuming. Please Help.
this is how it looks when I go to print theres 126 pages because it only is allowing 4 columns at a time per page. ![]() This is what it looks like in excel there is only 7 Rows Down and A-UI across ![]() I would like it to be only A-D Across and the Rest going down in rows that way I would atleast fill the paper with data. Please Help Thank You Very Much!! Last edited by mrex303; 01-26-2014 at 04:49 PM. |
