Default How to add data label individually in a stacked-bar chart?

Hi everyone

I have a stacked-bar chart, it comprises data for profits of different months in recent years. The new data for september (9月) in 2013 is zero ($0.00), so the chart won't display anything for sep 2013.

But I still want it to display just the number $0.00 somewhere above the bar representing the August data in the 2013. How do I do that?

I tried manually adding a data label on the 2013 column, but it didn't work.
Someone already did that previously for Apr 2013.
Please take a look at the attached picture file.
