Ha Ha, No, actually, I meant using the Table format for the Data sheet and showing them how to do a copy and paste values. (They can keep a copy of the original with the formulas to work from for the next school year.)

I guess you had trouble following my post as you can't read my mind. I'm bad about that....typing what happens to be on my mind at the moment, not realizing that I've changed topics!!! Sorry about that, but I really have appreciated all of the help. I don't work with Excel that often any more and you guys are just so good.
