At what point did the email address drop out? Did it make it as far as the CSV, but isn't imported correctly into Excel? Or did Outlook not even get it correctly to the CSV? If the latter, it seems to me this is an Outlook question rather than an Excel question; if the former, I think I'd need to see the CSV and the workbook, so I can see how the one is translating (or rather in this case is not translating) to the other.
