Default Conditional Formatting Tick Icons

Can someone help me? I am trying to use Conditional Formatting to highlight certain figures with icons. I would like any percentage greater than 1% to show a Green up arrow. Any percentage that is 0% to show a straight yellow arrow and any percentage less than -1 to be red.
Can anyone help me out please I just can’t seem to get it to work?

Cheers

I only just graduated to Excel 2010, myself, Brad, so I've never actually used the icons in conditional formatting. But someone pointed them out to me a few months ago, and I at least tested them and found that they work. You say you can't get it to work, but how? I mean, what (exactly) are you doing, and how does Excel respond?

Here goes
Select the range to format
Conditional Formatting
New rules
Format Style Select: Icon sets
Icon style : select the set you want
In the first Value ddown box enter 0.01 and change the type to "Number"
In the second value ddown enter -0.01 and change the type in the same way
OK
Format your cell as percentage
enter your value, the icon should be as requested

( first time I use these icon sets, quite easy as you can see)
