Question [EXCEL 2010] Merging data from three different sheets

I have a program that will update information in my database based off of a template. I have data from three different work books that I would like merged into the template. For example:

I have a data in the workbook titled "Master". This work book contains the bulk of the data. Workbook 2 titled "Update 1" contains some new information. Some of it will update the the Master, and some of the data will be new records entirely. workbook 3 titled "Update 2" is the same.

If there is a name in all three work books I would only like to add the new data. if updates 1 and 2 contain a name that is not in master list add that name and all data that is on that sheet.
