Thank you. This work...but I am trying to apply it to more than one row. I will eventually have about 40 rows. I tried applying it past the first row and it is not working. |

Thats is because I assumed ther was only one row.
Just remove the $ signs from the formula and then change the range(where you have to keep the $ signs of course) You do not have to create a CF row by row !

I have one more thing to add....if there is no number in the field to report...is there a way to record 0 as a white cell? Not red or green.
