I cannot print from Excel (I can print from Word and other programs). When I try to print I get the message "No printers are installed" but when I try to install the printer I get the message "The Active Directory Services is unavailable". I understand this may be because I do not have installed a default printer. When I try to install the printer as the default printer I get an error message.
