if the editing toolbar is in your ribbon, go to Find & Select (Binoculars)/ Go to Special. Click the radio Button next to Blanks & hut enter. this will highlight the blanks.
In the Cells ribbon box, go to delete & select what you want to delete, rows, columns or cells... Poof, They're gone. Takes some getting used to but works every time...If you get too carried away, CTRL+Z will undo it ;P |
