Hi Paul
I have tested the revised ParseIT UDF and it is still not quite working. An additional problem I have is that when I paste the data (via VBA) from MS Project Excel is guessing the format of the cells and I need the data to remain as a General format. I enclose a sample file so you can see what I am working with. Tony
