Compare columns + calculate difference

Hello I have a small question actually i wont to compare 2 columns from my list : A and C, and those who match paste into E. Later i was trying to compare the 2 Prices from the same product and show the difference in % Sorry for my bad English I hope the attachments will show it clearer.
