Hi, please see the attached workbook.

Sheet1 contain selection
Sheet2 data table

in order to put the dropdown menu in go:
Data Tab in upper ribbon -> Data Validation -> Data Validation
You will see the required settings.

Now you can put your items, remember to increase the source for the data validation once you put more items and increase the range for Vlookup formula in columns item price and margin
