Default Moving sum

Is there a formula out there that will allow me to sum a range in a row and then let me move that range?
For example I want to sum C7:H7. Then I would want to sum C8:I8 and so forth, but I don't want to have to d0 the sum formula for every row. Column C would stay constant, but I need the next column to continue moving.

Any help would be great! I am working on a lot of waterfall charts if that helps. This would be a huge time saver if anyonve knows how to do this.
