This is because excel is not designed to be used as a database. you can put as much data as you like in a cell but it will only print a certain amount.
You cannot alter it. Why are you using Excel for the storage of this data. Hope this helps. Tony[/quote] This is a Diary and have been using Excel for 20 years. I never tried to print it out. I have color and fonts coding for over 100,000 words. Colume A is the Date, Colume B is the Day of the Week and Colume C is Data which has it's limits, so you can not put as much data as you like in cell. Do you recommend changing from Excel to something else? |
