Not sure what you mean, this will give you a count of the values! Need some clarification on what you are trying to achieve!

=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A2,$A2)=1,VLOOKUP($A2,VBAP!$A:$C, 3,FALSE)*COUNTIF($A$2:$A$34,$A2),"")
