Hi,
You don't need conditional formatting to show negative numbers in red. Select the cells > right click > format cells > choose Number and then select one of the red options on the right hand side. You can also adjust the decimal separator and number of decimal places. If this doesn't quite give you the format you want then let us know and we can show you how to set up a custom format. |
