Default Help with multiple match and index formula

Try this one...

=INDEX($E$2:$E$7,MATCH(1,INDEX(("Adult"=$B$2:$B$7) *("Art"=$D$2:$D$7),0,0),0))

Enclosed is also another one using an Array formula...

Cheers
