I have a workbook, where the entire insert function is blocked for all graphic objects. (pictures, figures, smartart, diagr etc)
Have been trying all ways and corners to find out what's special with the workbook. No clue so far. |

Welcome to the forum.
![]() 2 ideas immediately spring to mind - Are the worksheets in the workbook protected? Is the workbook shared? |

Perhaps you could remove any sensitive information from the workbook and then attach it to this thread so we can see it too?

I've sorted out the problem by copying all the pages to a fresh workbook, which works OK, so the problem must be hidden i the container.
If you still like to see a 'tamed', but erroneously working workbook, tell me. /K |

Thanks, that helps. The problem is with that workbook's settings where objects are set to hidden.
Click on the Office button > Excel Options > Advanced In the "Display Options For This Workbook" section, choose the "For Objects Show ALL" option. |
