How to calculate percentages???

I am not sure what 0.05 on 110000 and 0.05 on 74000 mean? How are you arriving at these?

It's 0,05% on those two figures and in 3° column are the results

If I divide the figures by 5000 I get the results.

e.g.

=A2/5000

or multiply by 0.0002

e,g

=A2*0.0002
