I'd try making your CF formula a little different.
You have
=ISERROR(MATCH(B2,INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE(A2," ","")),FALSE))
and I'd try
=ISERROR(MATCH($B2,INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE($A2," ","")),FALSE))

BTW - Column 3 didn't turn red on your attached.
