Sum, count and average not working

Recently moved to Excel 2010 and sum, average and count function is not updating on the status bar. it has an old calculation on it from a previous spreadsheet. all 3 are ticked on the menu and calc is on auto.

From time to time it disappears altogether too.

Any ideas?

Appears to be fixed. Disabled 2 add-in's I intermittently need and closed Excel and now working.
