Default Possible to freeze both a column and a row?

I would like to freeze both a column (A) and a row (5) so when I scroll to the right column A stays froze, or when I scroll down row 5 also stays frozen. I can get one or the other, but not both together.

Is this possible?

Thanks!
Bryan
