Format Autoshape Dialog Box Crashes Excel

Hi!

I have a large number of PCs running Excel 2003 on both Windows XP and Windows 7 that all have the same issue.

When you bring up the Format Autoshape Dialog Box to format a shape or something else it will crash excel after applying the changes or even just cancelling out of the Format Autoshape dialog box.

I'm at a loss to what is doing this. Any ideas?
