I attached a suggestion. Explenation:
1) In cell H5 in Sheet1, add formula "=SUMIF(B:B,B5,E:E)" and copy it to all cells in that column. 2) In the PivotTable Field List, move the field "Book Qty" to Row Labels (img01) 3) Right click a cell in column Book Qty, choose Filter->Label Filters... (img02) 4) Enter condition Greater than 0 (img03) That's what you're looking for? |
