![]() Hi i have query pls help me solve the problem, 1) Need to add one drop down list box with two items "YES" & "NO" in excel file. 2) If "YES" is selected need to display extra five fields (or rows) else it should not shouldn't show those extra five fields. Thanks in Adavance , Shashi JB |

Hi shashijb, there is no other way to do this except for VBA programming. If you would like some assistance you will need to be able to use the forms toolbar and be able to copy and paste some code into the Visual Basic editor. I will also need to know the name of the worksheet and the row numbers you want to show/hide.
